Can you bill my home insurance?

We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.

Do you provide homeowners insurance inspections?

Yes, we provide a detailed inspection for $75 with an additional cost to file the paperwork directly with your insurance company.

What is included with your free estimate?

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

How will you handle the scheduling of your work orders?

We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.

How to tell If a Home Improvement Contractor is Licensed and Insured?

Ask to see their license and copy of Insurance!

RED FLAG: If they ask you to pull the permit!

If the Home Improvement contractor's name is not on the permit, the following may occur: 1 - They can hire unlicensed and unskilled laborers. 2 - Homeowner is now responsible for the quality of the work and any problems that arise. 3 - Contractor is lacking proper licenses and insurance and is, therefore, unable to pull a permit. You should never have to pull your own permit!

Why do estimates vary so widely?

Costs are heavily weighted to labor and insurance. Generally insurance is the difference. Contractors who don’t have insurance or who have restricted insurance will be less expensive. (For you, this savings may be no savings at all if something goes wrong.)
